UP Security was built through years of hands-on work with technology organizations. Guy Somech and Nati Lerer have been working together since 2011, building practical security and IT capabilities around real systems, business constraints, and delivery responsibility.
Over time, this experience shaped a clear approach: security works best when leadership, execution, and operational discipline are closely connected.
In 2024, Hila Azari joined to lead delivery operations, reinforcing the same mindset across planning, execution, and ongoing ownership.
Today, UP Security operates as a unified team. We work closely with founders, executives, and engineering teams, taking responsibility for security end to end and aligning it with how modern product companies actually operate.
Our team comprises seasoned professionals with 5 to 25 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, many from classified roles within Israel’s homeland security and defense establishments.
